Before service, everyone is required to book A consultation. This will take place virtually. No need to download new apps, we can utilize what you have via Instagram, Zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet. Or you can schedule in person near maryland near national harbor.

There may be a need to conduct an in person consultation if we find that the virtual consultation does not meet the standards to move forward with service appointment. 

If you arrive to your appointment 15 minutes late or less, grace will be given. Depending on the schedule, we may need to make accommodations. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee of $100.00 is required to book a new appointment.

Follow-Up appointments are required within the 40-60 day time frame after the initial procedure is completed. Failure to keep follow-up appointments with result in minimal longevity and finite tuning desired results. 

Under no circumstances can we determine or guarantee any results. There are many factors that may affect the healing process to include; diet, sweating, the skins natural turnover rate and you skins ability to retain pigment. These all vary from person to person. 

No refunds are given after services are rendered. We strive to provide quality service, however, there are situations beyond our control that may offer a less than desired outcome. We will provide multiple sessions within reason in a attempt to meet your expectation!
